Yes I can format eBooks too. I've personally formatted, all my eBooks.
My rate is $10 an hour. Once I look at your book I will give you a quote of how many man hours the book will take to format. Things like pictures, bulleted lists and a table of contents will increase how long it takes me to format your book.
If for some reason your book takes me longer than expected to format, that's my problem not yours you won't be charged extra.
I can format for Kindle, Nook, and PDF.
